Ingredients:

• Ingredients: 2 tbsp – khuskhus.
• 1 tbsp – almonds.
• 1tbsp – cashew nuts.
• 1 bunch – Mint leaves.
• 2 – green chillies.
• 200g – paneer.
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste.
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste.
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 1 tsp – amchur powder.
• 1 tsp – turmeric.
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice.
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Grind khuskhus to a fine powder without adding water.
  2. Soak almonds, cashew nuts for 2 hours and grind to a paste, adding a little water.
  3. Wash mint leaves and green chilli and grind to a paste.
  4. Cut paneer into half inch cubes and soak in hot water for half an hour, covered.
  5. Heat oil in a kadai and saute onion pieces till light brown. Keep the flame on low to medium.
  6. Add garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  7. Add ginger paste and saute for half a minute.
  8. Add red chilli powder, amchur powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
  9. Add cashew and almond paste. Mix well.
  10. Also add khuskhus paste and mix well.
  11. Add curd and saute for a minute.
  12. Add mint and green chillies paste and saute for a minute.
  13. Add salt to taste.
  14. Now add paneer pieces and cook covered for 2 mins.
  15. Turn off the flame and add lemon juice just before serving.
  16. Serve with rotis or puris.
