Ingredients:
• Ingredients: 2 tbsp – khuskhus.
• 1 tbsp – almonds.
• 1tbsp – cashew nuts.
• 1 bunch – Mint leaves.
• 2 – green chillies.
• 200g – paneer.
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste.
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste.
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 1 tsp – amchur powder.
• 1 tsp – turmeric.
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Grind khuskhus to a fine powder without adding water.
- Soak almonds, cashew nuts for 2 hours and grind to a paste, adding a little water.
- Wash mint leaves and green chilli and grind to a paste.
- Cut paneer into half inch cubes and soak in hot water for half an hour, covered.
- Heat oil in a kadai and saute onion pieces till light brown. Keep the flame on low to medium.
- Add garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- Add ginger paste and saute for half a minute.
- Add red chilli powder, amchur powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add cashew and almond paste. Mix well.
- Also add khuskhus paste and mix well.
- Add curd and saute for a minute.
- Add mint and green chillies paste and saute for a minute.
- Add salt to taste.
- Now add paneer pieces and cook covered for 2 mins.
- Turn off the flame and add lemon juice just before serving.
- Serve with rotis or puris.
