
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – puffed wheat.
• 1 – small cucumber, peeled, chopped finely.
• 1 – onion, peeled, chopped finely.
• 1 – tomato, chopped finely.
• 1 tsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped.
• 1 tsp – green all purpose chutney.
• 1 tbsp – Tamarind chutney.
• 5-6 drops – Lemon juice.
• Salt to taste.
• 2 tbsp – fine sev (used for bhel, optional).
Method:
- Put all ingredients, except puffed wheat and sev in a large bowl. Do not mix, till required. Just before serving:
- Toss in puffed wheat, mix well.
- Transfer to serving bowl or individual bowls.
- Check and adjust taste as required.
- Garnish with sev and coriander.
- Serve immediately while wheat is still crisp.
