Ingredients:
• 1 cup – diced Pumpkin and Potato
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• 2 tsp – Jeera
• A pinch of Hing
• 2 – Red Chilli
• 2 tsp – Haldi
• 1 tbsp – Jeera Dhania powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 – Green chillies
• Coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat one tbsp of ghee in a glass microwave bowl for 3 mins on high power.
- Add jeera, hing, red chilli.
- Cook for another 2 mins on high.
- Add haldi and 1 tbsp jeera-dhania powder (mix well into the ghee).
- Cook for another 2 mins.
- Add diced pumpkin and potato pieces.
- Mix well into masala. Cook for 8 mins.
- Add salt. Mix thoroughly and cook another 8 mins.
- Garnish with sliced green chillies and coriander leaves.
- It is delicious with hot rotis.
