Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Pumpkin (chopped)
• 1 – Onion (big & chopped)
• 1/4 cup – rolled oats
• Salt, to taste
• Pepper powder
• Water
• Olive oil

Method:

  1. Heat olive oil. Saute the chopped onions until they turn translucent.
  2. Add the chopped pumpkin, salt and pepper powder, saute for few minutes.
  3. Add enough water and cook until the pumpkin gets cook well. Add the rolled oats now (add water if needed), cook for few seconds and remove from heat.
