
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Pumpkin (chopped)
• 1 – Onion (big & chopped)
• 1/4 cup – rolled oats
• Salt, to taste
• Pepper powder
• Water
• Olive oil
Method:
- Heat olive oil. Saute the chopped onions until they turn translucent.
- Add the chopped pumpkin, salt and pepper powder, saute for few minutes.
- Add enough water and cook until the pumpkin gets cook well. Add the rolled oats now (add water if needed), cook for few seconds and remove from heat.
