
Ingredients:
• 10-15 – button Mushroom
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 – small Capsicum
• Butter/olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper
Method:
- Wash and chop the mushrooms, onion and capsicum. Heat butter/olive oil in a pan.
- Add the chopped onions, fry them until they turn translucent.
- Add the mushrooms and capsicum, saute it well.
- Add 2 cups of water, close the pan and allow it to cook.
- When the mushrooms get cooked, turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
- Strain the water, grind them in the blender and filter using the same water we have strained.
- Add this filtered puree in the pan, along with salt and stir it gently.
- When it starts to boil, turn off the flame.
- Sprinkle some pepper and serve it hot.
- You can chop two mushrooms finely, saute them in butter and finally add them in soup while serving.
