Ingredients:

• 4 – Plain tortillas or Maida rotis
• 1/2 cup – cheese mozzarella
• Butter
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato

Method:

  1. Spread some butter on a pan and place a tortilla in it.
  2. When it turns brown on one side, flip and cook the other.
  3. It should be soft and not too crisp.
  4. Put cheese on one half and fold it.
  5. When the cheese starts melting, add the chopped onions and tomato.
  6. Fold over and serve with salsa.
