Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 2 tbsps – Maida
• 3 – slit Green chillies
• 1 – Onions
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Haldi
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice

Method:

  1. Wash chicken and marinate with salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and chilli powder.
  2. Cut all the vegetables.
  3. In a zip-lock bag, add maida and chicken. Shake them well so the pieces are evenly coated.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add chicken and fry till deep golden brown.
  6. Drain on kitchen towel.
  7. To the same pan add curry leaves, slit chillies, onions, ginger garlic paste, tomato, masala powders and haldi|.
  8. Add a little water and fry till oil separates.
  9. Add the chicken pieces and a splash of hot water. Stir fry for 2 mins.
  10. Serve hot.
