
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 2 tbsps – Maida
• 3 – slit Green chillies
• 1 – Onions
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Haldi
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
Method:
- Wash chicken and marinate with salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and chilli powder.
- Cut all the vegetables.
- In a zip-lock bag, add maida and chicken. Shake them well so the pieces are evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chicken and fry till deep golden brown.
- Drain on kitchen towel.
- To the same pan add curry leaves, slit chillies, onions, ginger garlic paste, tomato, masala powders and haldi|.
- Add a little water and fry till oil separates.
- Add the chicken pieces and a splash of hot water. Stir fry for 2 mins.
- Serve hot.
