
Ingredients:
• 1 kg-mutton
• 3 cups- Rice (seeragasamba) and water 1:1.5
• 2 tsp-ginger Garlic paste
• 3 tsp- Mutton masala
• 1 tsp- Garam Masala
• 2- Cinnamon
• 1-cardamom
• 3- Clove
• 1.5- Onion
• 2-green chilli
• 1-tomato
• 2 tsp- Lemon juice
• 2 tsp- Ghee
• 1 bunch- Coriander leaves
• 1 small bunch- pudina
• salt
Method:
- Chop onion and tomato.
- Grind the onion.
- Grind coriander leaves and pudina.
- In a hot pressure cooker, pour coking oil.
- Then put cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves.
- After that put onions, allow to turn transparent.
- Then add tomatoes, cook it well.
- Add onion puree and cook well.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and stir it well.
- Then add coriander, pudina puree and stir it well.
- Now add cleaned mutton pieces, garam masala, mutton masala and salt.
- Allow them with lid for 5-7 mins.
- Then pour water, rice, salt, ghee and lemon juice.
- Put lid after 3 whistle and turn off the stove.
