Ingredients:

• 1 kg-mutton
• 3 cups- Rice (seeragasamba) and water 1:1.5
• 2 tsp-ginger Garlic paste
• 3 tsp- Mutton masala
• 1 tsp- Garam Masala
• 2- Cinnamon
• 1-cardamom
• 3- Clove
• 1.5- Onion
• 2-green chilli
• 1-tomato
• 2 tsp- Lemon juice
• 2 tsp- Ghee
• 1 bunch- Coriander leaves
• 1 small bunch- pudina
• salt

Method:

  1. Chop onion and tomato.
  2. Grind the onion.
  3. Grind coriander leaves and pudina.
  4. In a hot pressure cooker, pour coking oil.
  5. Then put cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves.
  6. After that put onions, allow to turn transparent.
  7. Then add tomatoes, cook it well.
  8. Add onion puree and cook well.
  9. Then add ginger garlic paste and stir it well.
  10. Then add coriander, pudina puree and stir it well.
  11. Now add cleaned mutton pieces, garam masala, mutton masala and salt.
  12. Allow them with lid for 5-7 mins.
  13. Then pour water, rice, salt, ghee and lemon juice.
  14. Put lid after 3 whistle and turn off the stove.
