Ingredients:

• 1 small whole Chicken (skin removed)
• 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
• 1 Tbsp Pepper Powder.
• 2 Tbsp Vinegar
• 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
• Salt according to your taste.

Method:

  1. Cut the skinned chicken into small pieces.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well and coat chicken with it. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Take a big non stick pan and cook the chicken on a low flame, without adding water, till completely dry. Keep stirring in between.
