Ingredients:

• Green Moong dal – 1 cup
• Urad Dal – 1/2 cup
• Channa dal – 1/2 cup
• Yellow Moong dal – 1/4 cup
• White Flour or Maida [optional] – 1 cup
• Rice Flour [optional] – 1 cup
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Green chillies [optional] – 3
• Onion – 2, medium
• Cilantro [coriander] – 1 bunch
• Carrots – 1

Method:

  1. Soak all the dals for half an hour and then grind it.
  2. After grinding, mix the flour and all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Your batter is ready. Roast spoonfuls of the batter on a heated tava to make instant colourful dosa.
  4. Enjoy with chutney or chutney podi or plain yogurt.
