
Ingredients:
• Green Moong dal – 1 cup
• Urad Dal – 1/2 cup
• Channa dal – 1/2 cup
• Yellow Moong dal – 1/4 cup
• White Flour or Maida [optional] – 1 cup
• Rice Flour [optional] – 1 cup
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Green chillies [optional] – 3
• Onion – 2, medium
• Cilantro [coriander] – 1 bunch
• Carrots – 1
Method:
- Soak all the dals for half an hour and then grind it.
- After grinding, mix the flour and all the remaining ingredients.
- Your batter is ready. Roast spoonfuls of the batter on a heated tava to make instant colourful dosa.
- Enjoy with chutney or chutney podi or plain yogurt.
