Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• Mix all these and half boil them (until water gets evaporated)
• First masala:
• 50 g – Ginger
• 25 g – Garlic
• 2 – Green chillies
• (Make a paste of these)
• Second masala:
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1.5 tbsp – Kaju powder
• 150 g – Onions (fried in oil)
• 2 tbsp – dry Coconut powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• (Make paste of all these)
Method:
- Put 3 tbsp of oil in a kadai, add first masala and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add second masala and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add half boiled chicken pieces, red tomato colour and fry for 5 minutes.
- Then add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp pepper powder, 2 bunches of coriander leaves and fry on low flame.
