
Ingredients:
• Ginger – 200 gm
• Green chillies – 10-15
• Cumin seeds -2 tsp
• Asafoetida ( Hing) – pinch
• Fenugreek seeds -1 tsp
• Oil -1.5 tbsp
• Lemon juice – 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean and Grate ginger. Slit the Green Chillies and chop them finely.
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add asafoetida, Cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds and let it splutter.
- Add the grated ginger and chopped Chillies
- sautee it for at least 10 min.
- Add Lemon juice and sautee it again for 10 to 15 min.
- Finally add salt to taste.
- Cool and store them in refrigerator in a airtight containers.
