Ingredients:

• Ginger – 200 gm
• Green chillies – 10-15
• Cumin seeds -2 tsp
• Asafoetida ( Hing) – pinch
• Fenugreek seeds -1 tsp
• Oil -1.5 tbsp
• Lemon juice – 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean and Grate ginger. Slit the Green Chillies and chop them finely.
  2. Heat oil in pan.
  3. Add asafoetida, Cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds and let it splutter.
  4. Add the grated ginger and chopped Chillies
  5. sautee it for at least 10 min.
  6. Add Lemon juice and sautee it again for 10 to 15 min.
  7. Finally add salt to taste.
  8. Cool and store them in refrigerator in a airtight containers.
