Ingredients:
• 1 packet – Lima beans (frozen)
• 1 – Onion (big)
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – shredded Coconut
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Fennel seeds
• A few Curry leaves
• salt for taste
Method:
- In a pan, crackle mustard seeds and fennel seeds in hot oil.
- Chop onions and fry it along with a few curry leaves.
- When onion changes colour, add lima beans and chilli powder.
- Cover and cook it with enough water and salt.
- Add shredded coconut in the end.
- This can be served as a dry side dish with rice and sambar or rotis.
