Ingredients:

• 1 packet – Lima beans (frozen)
• 1 – Onion (big)
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – shredded Coconut
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Fennel seeds
• A few Curry leaves
• salt for taste

Method:

  1. In a pan, crackle mustard seeds and fennel seeds in hot oil.
  2. Chop onions and fry it along with a few curry leaves.
  3. When onion changes colour, add lima beans and chilli powder.
  4. Cover and cook it with enough water and salt.
  5. Add shredded coconut in the end.
  6. This can be served as a dry side dish with rice and sambar or rotis.
