
Ingredients:
• 1 – Mango
• 1/2 cup – fresh cream, chilled
• 1/4 cup – powdered Sugar
• 1 drop – Vanilla essence
• 1/2 packet – China grass
• 1.5 cups – water
• 1/2 – ripe Mango for garnishing
Method:
- Peel and chop the mangoes, then mash them into a coarse pulp.
- Break China grass into small pieces. Heat water in a pan, add the China grass to it and stir continuously till fully dissolved.
- Strain and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Add mango pulp, sugar, and vanilla essence. Chill till partially set.
- Beat cream till smooth. Add to partially set mixture. Beat till well blended.
- Set again till firm. Do not allow to freeze till hard.
- The mixture should be scoopable and grainy.
- Serve chilled, garnished with slices or pieces of ripe mangoes.
