Ingredients:

• Garlic – 3 to 4 Cloves
• Peas – 1 cup
• Paneer – 1 cup
• Ginger – a small piece
• Onion – 2
• Tomato – 1
• Green chillies – 6
• Cilantro – 1 bundle
• Oil – as needed
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Fry paneer and keep it aside.
  2. In the same pan, fry onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes and saute it for two minutes.
  4. Switch off the stove and add cilantro to it.
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Grind every thing in the mixer.
  7. Pour the mixture, add peas, salt, paneer to it and allow it to come to a boil.
  8. It’s good with poori, chappati and naan.
