
Ingredients:
• Garlic – 3 to 4 Cloves
• Peas – 1 cup
• Paneer – 1 cup
• Ginger – a small piece
• Onion – 2
• Tomato – 1
• Green chillies – 6
• Cilantro – 1 bundle
• Oil – as needed
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Fry paneer and keep it aside.
- In the same pan, fry onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and saute it for two minutes.
- Switch off the stove and add cilantro to it.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Grind every thing in the mixer.
- Pour the mixture, add peas, salt, paneer to it and allow it to come to a boil.
- It’s good with poori, chappati and naan.
