Ingredients:

• 1 bunch -methi (leaves only)
• 1- medium sized Onion (chopped finely)
• 1 tsp-urad dal
• 1 tsp -jeera (whole)
• few – Curry leaves
• 100 g -paneer (cubed and fried)
• 150 g-rajma (canned)
• salt
• Red Chilli powder
• oil for frying
• 1 tsp -turmeric powder
• chat masala (optional)
• 1 tsp- ground Ginger

Method:

  1. Wash the methi leaves and squeeze. Chop them finely.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and put onion, jeera, urad dal and curry leaves.
  3. Fry until onion is golden brown.
  4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger paste and fry for a minute.
  5. Then add methi leaves, paneer cubes and rajma.
  6. Add salt and cook until methi is done.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle little bit of chat masala and serve with rotis.
