Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Mint leaves
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves
• 3 – Green chillies
• A small ball – Tamarind
• A small piece – Ginger
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Grind all the ingredients together, till smooth.
  2. This chutney can be served with rice or as a sandwich paste.
