Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Button Mushrooms
• 3 cups – Chicken stock
• 2 sprigs – Spring onions, chopped finely
• 1/2-inch – Ginger, chopped finely
• 1/2 tsp – Black pepper
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Heat a pan and add the chicken stock.
  3. Let it boil on high for 2-3 mins and then simmer for 15 mins.
  4. Add the mushrooms, onions, ginger, salt and pepper.
  5. Boil for another 10 mins on a slow flame.
  6. Serve hot.
