Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Rice
• 1/2 kg – Mutton
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 10 – pepper Corns
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 3 cups – water
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
• 6 – Cloves
• 3 – sticks Cinnamon

Method:

  1. Wash the rice and keep aside.
  2. Cut and wash the mutton.
  3. Grind cumin, onions and pepper corns into a paste.
  4. Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds, and grind in a mixer.
  5. In 3 cups of water, boil the mutton and add tomato pulp and salt to taste.
  6. Add ground masala when the meat is almost cooked.
  7. In another vessel, heat ghee and fry the rice till crisp.
  8. Then add mutton and gravy.
  9. When rice is almost cooked, add the cloves and cinnamon.
  10. Transfer to the microwave oven, and cook till done.
