Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Rice
• 1/2 kg – Mutton
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 10 – pepper Corns
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 3 cups – water
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
• 6 – Cloves
• 3 – sticks Cinnamon
Method:
- Wash the rice and keep aside.
- Cut and wash the mutton.
- Grind cumin, onions and pepper corns into a paste.
- Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds, and grind in a mixer.
- In 3 cups of water, boil the mutton and add tomato pulp and salt to taste.
- Add ground masala when the meat is almost cooked.
- In another vessel, heat ghee and fry the rice till crisp.
- Then add mutton and gravy.
- When rice is almost cooked, add the cloves and cinnamon.
- Transfer to the microwave oven, and cook till done.
