Ingredients:

• 1/4 tsp – baking powder
• 140 g – Maida
• 250 g – dried nuts (soaked in water for 1 night)
• 100 g – Butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp – caramel
• 100 g – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon rind

Method:

  1. Beat eggs, butter and vanilla essence until fluffy.
  2. Now add maida, sugar, salt, baking powder, lemon rind, lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Finally add the dried nuts and milk.
  4. In a greased tray, pour the mixture and bake in 350 degree celsius, till done.
  5. Pour the caramel on top and serve chilled.
