
Ingredients:
• 1/4 tsp – baking powder
• 140 g – Maida
• 250 g – dried nuts (soaked in water for 1 night)
• 100 g – Butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp – caramel
• 100 g – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon rind
Method:
- Beat eggs, butter and vanilla essence until fluffy.
- Now add maida, sugar, salt, baking powder, lemon rind, lemon juice and mix well.
- Finally add the dried nuts and milk.
- In a greased tray, pour the mixture and bake in 350 degree celsius, till done.
- Pour the caramel on top and serve chilled.
