Ingredients:
• 1 – Raw Mango (medium size peeled and grated )
• 3 cups – cooked Rice
• 2 – Green chillies (cut into long slices )
• 2 tsp – urad daal
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2 tsp – Channa daal
• 4 – dry Red Chillies
• 2 tsp – ground nuts (roasted )
• 2 tsp – Cashew nuts ( roasted )
• 5-6 Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• 5 tsp – oil
• 5 tsp – sesame seeds ( roasted and powdered )
• salt
Method:
- Cool the cooked rice.
- Now mix in salt, turmeric, grated mango to the rice.
- Add half a spoon of oil so that the rice does not stick together.
- Take a pan and add oil.
- When it reaches its heating point add in all the ingredients for seasoning along with green chillies.
- When the seeds start to splutter then add in the sesame seeds powder.
- Mix well and take it off the stove.
- Cool it and then add this seasoning to the rice.
- Mix well adjust the salt and it is ready to be eaten.
