Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cabbage.
• 1/2 cup – carrots.
• 1/2 cup – green pepper.
• 3 – potatoes, medium.
• 1 cup – peas.
• 2 – tomatoes, large.
• 2 tsps – Tomato paste.
• 2 medium – onions.
• 2 tbsp – pav bhaji masala.
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste.
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 3 tbsps – Butter (prefer Amul Butter).
• salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Cut cabbage, carrot, green pepper, and potatoes in quarters and boil them with peas.
  2. Cut onions and tomatoes in small blocks.
  3. Heat a saucepan and heta butter. Then add onions and saute them until golden brown.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry for 30 seconds.
  5. Then add tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Once it is done add the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Add chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, and salt. Fry for another minute.
  8. Then add the mashed boiled vegetables and mix well.
  9. Keep on heat for another 5 minutes. Let it boil and continue stirring occasionally.
  10. Once done garnish with fine onions, cilantro and lemon slice.
  11. Serve with hot buttered rolls.
