
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cabbage.
• 1/2 cup – carrots.
• 1/2 cup – green pepper.
• 3 – potatoes, medium.
• 1 cup – peas.
• 2 – tomatoes, large.
• 2 tsps – Tomato paste.
• 2 medium – onions.
• 2 tbsp – pav bhaji masala.
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste.
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 3 tbsps – Butter (prefer Amul Butter).
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Cut cabbage, carrot, green pepper, and potatoes in quarters and boil them with peas.
- Cut onions and tomatoes in small blocks.
- Heat a saucepan and heta butter. Then add onions and saute them until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Then add tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
- Once it is done add the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, and salt. Fry for another minute.
- Then add the mashed boiled vegetables and mix well.
- Keep on heat for another 5 minutes. Let it boil and continue stirring occasionally.
- Once done garnish with fine onions, cilantro and lemon slice.
- Serve with hot buttered rolls.
