Ingredients:
• 1 – finely chopped onion.
• 1 – finely chopped tomato.
• 1 – finely chopped potato.
• 2 – chopped green chillies.
• 1 to 2 tsp – vegetable oil.
• Garam masala.
• Red Chilli powder.
• Amchur powder.
• Turmeric powder.
• Fine Mustard Seeds (rye).
• Chopped coriander leaves.
• Green peas (optional).
• Salt to taste|
Method:
- Heat oil in heavy pan and add mustard seeds. Add chopped onions into oil. Fry onion until it becomes golden brown in colour.
- Put green peas in pressure cooker and take one whistle.
- Now add chopped potatoes.
- Cover it and cook it on low flame.
- When potatoes are cooked completely, add chopped tomatoes, boiled green peas, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and fry it.
- Wash poha into running cold tap water.
- Add wet poha into onion tomato potato mixture.
- Mix it very well.
- Cover it on medium low flame.
- Turn off the gas.
- Serve it hot with green coriander chutney.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and green chillies before serving.
