Ingredients:

• Spinach leaves
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – crushed groundnut
• Ginger Garlic paste
• Sugar to taste
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut spinach leaves and green chilly into fine pieces.
  2. Add them in a bowl.
  3. Add sugar, lemon juice, salt, crushed groundnut, garlic-ginger paste to this mixture.
  4. Stir well and serve cold.
