
Ingredients:
• Spinach leaves
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – crushed groundnut
• Ginger Garlic paste
• Sugar to taste
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut spinach leaves and green chilly into fine pieces.
- Add them in a bowl.
- Add sugar, lemon juice, salt, crushed groundnut, garlic-ginger paste to this mixture.
- Stir well and serve cold.
