
Ingredients:
• Tomatoes – 2
• Onion – 1, small
• Red Chilli – 3
• Garlic – 1 flake
• Hing – 1/2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Curry leaves – few
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Grind together tomato, onion, garlic and red chilli to a fine paste. In a kadai, heat oil and add mustard seeds.
- After they splutter, add curry leaves and hing.
- Add the ground paste, salt and cook, till the oil comes out.
- Serve hot with idli, dosa or can be applied on any kind of sandwich.
