Ingredients:

• Tomatoes – 2
• Onion – 1, small
• Red Chilli – 3
• Garlic – 1 flake
• Hing – 1/2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Curry leaves – few
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Grind together tomato, onion, garlic and red chilli to a fine paste. In a kadai, heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  2. After they splutter, add curry leaves and hing.
  3. Add the ground paste, salt and cook, till the oil comes out.
  4. Serve hot with idli, dosa or can be applied on any kind of sandwich.
