
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Turkey breast
• 2 cups – Broccoli florets
• 1 – Capsicum, thinly stripped
• 1 tbsp – Corn-starch
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 3 tbsp – Sesame oil
• 2 sprig – Spring onion, chopped finely
• 1/2 – Onion, chopped finely
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 3 tbsp – Soy sauce
• 2 cups – Chicken broth
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/8 tsp – Black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Cut the turkey into thin strips.
- Heat one tbsp butter in a skillet.
- Put turkey pieces,
- Simmer till pieces are pink and tender.
- Remove and keep aside.
- In pan, put 1 cup of water and broccoli florets.
- Boil and let it cook for about 5 mins.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Add remaining 1 tbsp butter in a skillet and heat it.
- Add onion, capsicum, ginger and garlic.
- Simmer for a minute.
- Add turkey strips and 1 cup of chicken broth and cook for 5 mins.
- In a separate pan, mix 1 cup of chicken stock, pepper, salt, chilli powder and soy sauce for the sauce
- In 1 tbsp of water, dissolve the corn-starch.
- Add to above mixed sauce.
- Cook the sauce till it thickens.
- Add broccoli and cook for 2 mins.
- Pour the sauce over the turkey.
- Serve hot over rice.
