Ingredients:

• 6 – burgers buns
• 3 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp – fresh Cream
• 4 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1 – Potato
• 1/4 cup (each) – chopped carrot, French beans, green peas, capsicum, Cabbage

Method:

  1. Heat the oil and one by one stir the vegetables for a minute.
  2. Boil potato, mash it.
  3. Add chopped French beans, carrot, green peas, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Make oval shape cutlets and shallow fry in oil.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise, fresh cream, sugar, salt, black pepper, chopped capsicum, carrot and cabbage.
  6. Serving:
  7. Cut the burger horizontally, shallow fry with butter.
  8. Apply mayonnaise mixture inside on the upper and lower slices.
  9. Put the cutlet in between them.
  10. Cover the burger.
