
Ingredients:
• 6 – burgers buns
• 3 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp – fresh Cream
• 4 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1 – Potato
• 1/4 cup (each) – chopped carrot, French beans, green peas, capsicum, Cabbage
Method:
- Heat the oil and one by one stir the vegetables for a minute.
- Boil potato, mash it.
- Add chopped French beans, carrot, green peas, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well.
- Make oval shape cutlets and shallow fry in oil.
- Mix the mayonnaise, fresh cream, sugar, salt, black pepper, chopped capsicum, carrot and cabbage.
- Serving:
- Cut the burger horizontally, shallow fry with butter.
- Apply mayonnaise mixture inside on the upper and lower slices.
- Put the cutlet in between them.
- Cover the burger.
