
Ingredients:
• 200 g – Paneer
• 2 – Egg
• 2 – medium sized Onion
• 3 to 4 – Garlic Cloves
• 2 – small Tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• salt
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
Method:
- In a mixer blend onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add sugar and let it turn brown.
- Cook the mixture blended with cumin powder, chilli powder, and turmeric powder.
- Cut the paneer into medium sized cubes.
- Add it to the cooked paste.
- Toss this gently so as to not break the paneer pieces.
- Add salt.
- Sprinkle a little water if required.
- Beat the 2 eggs and gradually add it to the pan while stirring it continuously.
- Sprinkle ghee and garam masala and mix well.
- Simmer for a few more minutes.
- Serve hot.
- This dish goes well with rotis and parathas.
