Ingredients:

• 200 g – Paneer
• 2 – Egg
• 2 – medium sized Onion
• 3 to 4 – Garlic Cloves
• 2 – small Tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• salt
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala

Method:

  1. In a mixer blend onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add sugar and let it turn brown.
  3. Cook the mixture blended with cumin powder, chilli powder, and turmeric powder.
  4. Cut the paneer into medium sized cubes.
  5. Add it to the cooked paste.
  6. Toss this gently so as to not break the paneer pieces.
  7. Add salt.
  8. Sprinkle a little water if required.
  9. Beat the 2 eggs and gradually add it to the pan while stirring it continuously.
  10. Sprinkle ghee and garam masala and mix well.
  11. Simmer for a few more minutes.
  12. Serve hot.
  13. This dish goes well with rotis and parathas.
