Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken (skinned and cubed with bones)
• 2 inch cube – White Butter
• 2 tbsp – Pepper (freshly and coarsely ground)
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp (heaped) – Garam Masala Powder
• 1 tsp – Kasoori Methi (crushed)
• 3 tbsp – Fresh Coriander leaves (chopped fine)
• Fresh Lemon Juice and Lemon wedges

Method:

  1. Melt butter in a wok.
  2. Add chicken pieces and saute for 2-3 mins.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat till the chicken is nearly tender.
  5. Sprinkle in the kasoori methi and garam masala and cook for a minute or two longer, till the chicken is tender and almost dry.
  6. Mix and garnish with coriander leaves, a little lemon juice and decorate with lemon wedges.
