Ingredients:

• A few Lettuce leaves
• 1/2 cup – cooked Quinoa
• 2 – Carrots (grated)
• 1 – Cucumber (sliced as cubes)
• a few cherry Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp – fried Onions
• a few red Onions (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• salt – to taste
• Olive oil – as needed

Method:

  1. Take the lettuce leaves, cooked quinoa, grated carrot, cucumber cubes, chopped tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, fried onions and chopped red onions in a large bowl.
  2. Make a dressing with enough olive oil, salt and pepper powder and toss the vegetables gently until they get well mixed.
  3. Serve immediately.
