
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – Ragi flour
• 1 cup – water
• Dash – of Sugar
• Salt and pepper as per taste
Method:
- Boil ragi flour in 1 cup water, for 5-7 minutes, adding more water as required. Cool to room temp. Put mixture in a blender.
- Add salt, pepper, a dash of sugar, and chilled water or crushed ice.
- Blend till smooth and frothy.
- Serve chilled as an instant refresher.
