Ingredients:
• 1.5 cup – Ragi flour
• 3/4 cup – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Rawa
• 1 cup – Sugar ground
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Heat ghee in a heavy frying pan. Add ragi flour and rawa, cook on low heat, stirring constantly. Flour is done when it changes to a dark brown colour, ghee separates.
- Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Add cardamom, sugar to flour.
- Shape into laddoo of desired sizes.
- Cool completely.
- Store in airtight container.
