Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – Ragi flour
• 3/4 cup – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Rawa
• 1 cup – Sugar ground
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy frying pan. Add ragi flour and rawa, cook on low heat, stirring constantly. Flour is done when it changes to a dark brown colour, ghee separates.
  2. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  3. Add cardamom, sugar to flour.
  4. Shape into laddoo of desired sizes.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Store in airtight container.
