Ingredients:
• 250 g – dry Raisins
• 3 cups – water
• cracked ice
• a few drops food colouring
• a few drops essence of rose or kewra
Method:
- Boil the raisins in water till they turn very soft, remove from fire
- Mash to a paste and pass through a sieve.
- Chill and serve after mixing the rest of the ingredients.
