Ingredients:

• 1 cup – rajgira flour
• 1/2 cup – rajgira granules
• 1 tsp – crushed groundnuts
• 1 tbsp – oil, warmed
• Oil – 4 tbsp
• Rock Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add enough water to make a soft pliable dough.
  2. Keep oil to fry in a Deep Frieding pan.
  3. Divide dough into 12 portions.
  4. Roll into 4 rounds.
  5. Let 2 into hot oil, gently puff by pressing with back of a perforated spoon.
  6. When light golden, flip carefully, to fry other side.
  7. Drain, place on absorbent paper.
  8. Serve hot and puffed with potato sabzi or curds.
