Ingredients:
• 500 g – Rava
• 500 g – Sugar
• 3/4 cup – Pure Ghee
• 1.25 – Cup water
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• 100 gm- Grated Coconut
• 2 tbsp – Raisin, chopped –
• 2 tbsp – Almond, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Pista, chopped
• 5 – Cardamoms
Method:
- Mix sugar and water, stirring on low heat
- When sugar begins to melt, add 1 tbsp ghee.
- Simmer it till it becomes like a thread, then stir occasionally.
- In another pan, heat ghee and add rava.
- Stir on low heat till aroma comes and turns light brown.
- Add syrup, nuts, cardamom and stir.
- When mixture leave the sides of a pan and begins to form a mass spread on a grease tray.
- Let it cool, cut into diamond shape pieces and store.
