
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – white rava
• 2 tsp – grated fresh Coconut
• salt
• Luke warm water
• For seasoning
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 5 – Curry leaves
• A pinch – Hing
• 2 tsp – oil
• 4 – Red Chillies
• For garnishing
• Chopped Cilantro
• 1 tsp – grated fresh Coconut
Method:
- Mix rava, coconut and salt in lukewarm water. The consistency of the mixture should be slightly thick. Let it sit for 15 mins.
- Then make small balls.
- Steam these balls like idlies in a greased vessel.
- Cook it for 20 mins, later cool it for a while
- Add 2 tsp of oil in the pan.
- To this add mustard seeds, urad dal, red chillies, curry leaves, hing and add all the rava balls and mix all together.
- Finally garnish with chopped cilantro.
