Ingredients:

• Fine Sooji – 1/2 kg
• Sugar – 1/2 kg
• Dry/fresh grated Coconut – 1 cup
• Cashew nut – 1/2 cup
• Ghee – 1 cup (200 g)
• Kismis – 1/2 cup
• Elaichi powder – 1 tbsp
• Warm Milk – 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Pour ghee in a kadai. Fry cashew and kismis till golden brown and keep aside.
  2. Fry sooji in the remaining ghee.
  3. After the sooji is fried – add the grated coconut also and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Grind sugar and the fried cashew into a smooth powder.
  5. Mix the sooji, sugar, -cashew powder, elaichi powder, fried kismis and the warm milk.
  6. Make the mixture into balls.
