
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rawa
• 1/4 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 tbsp – Chickpea flour
• 1/2 cup – fresh grated Coconut
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – yogurt
• 3 – green chillies, finely chopped.
• 2 sprigs – curry leaves, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup – water or as required
• Banana leaves (optional) – as needed
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- If the batter is a bit thick, add water and bring it to desired consistency.
- Heat a tawa. Spread the batter on a banana leaf and invert it on the tawa. (If you are not using banana leaf, spread the batter directly on the tawa)
- Cover the tawa lid and roast on medium heat.
- Smear oil on the pan cake and flip it.
- Now roast the other side of the pancake on the tawa.
- Serve hot with yogurt and pickle or any chutney of your choice.
