Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice flour, sieved
• 1 cup – roasted rava, fine
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – sesame seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• Oil for Deep Frying
Method:
- Mix rice flour, roasted semolina, salt and butter in a bowl.
- Mix well with fingers until they turns crumble like texture.
- To this add the sesame seeds, cumin seeds and mix well.
- Now slowly sprinkle water and turn it to a soft and stiff dough.
- Keep it aside for half an hour.
- Roll out tiny balls from the dough and arrange them over a paper towel and keep it aside for half an hour.
- Deep Fried the balls until they turns golden brown.
