Ingredients:
• 2 – raw bananas, pressure cooked and smashed
• 1 – Onion
• 1/4 cup – Oats
• 1 tsp – ginger, chopped finely
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds and black gram
• 1/2 tsp – Chickpea
• 1 – dry Red Chillies
• Curry leaves
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Heat enough oil and splutter mustard seeds, black gram, chickpea and fry dry red chillies.
- To this saute onions, green chillies and ginger, until the onions turns translucent.
- Add the turmeric powder, smashed raw banana pieces, salt and curry leaves.
- Sprinkle some water and simmer for few minutes.
- Finally add oats and cook everything till the vegetables are cooked.
- Serve hot.
