Ingredients:

• 2 – Red Chillies
• 7 to 8 – Garlic
• Curry leaves – a fistful
• 1 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• Salt – to taste
• 1 tbsp – ghee/gingely oil

Method:

  1. Grind the ingredients to a coarse paste.
  2. Add ghee/gingelly oil and serve with hot idlis.
  3. This is a tasty, flavourful chutney.
