
Ingredients:
• 1 large Raw Mango (totapuri variety is preferable)
• 1/2 Coconut (grated)
• 3 to 4 Red Chillies
• 7 to 8 seeds – Methi seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Hing powder
• 1/2 tsp – oil
• small piece Jaggery
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grate the mangoes.
- Roast the methi seeds and red chillies in very little oil.
- Coarsely grind the mangoes, coconut and other ingredients.
- Add salt to taste.
- Preserved for 1 to 2 days only.
