Ingredients:
• 4 – raw Tomatoes
• 4 – green chillies, slit
• 1 inch – Ginger piece
• 1 tsp – cumin
• Salt to taste
• A pinch – Turmeric
• 3 tbsp – white sesame seeds powder roasted and powdered
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Seasoning
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1/4 tsp – mustard
• 1/4 tsp – cumin
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp – Channa dal
• 1 – Garlic crushed
• A pinch – Asafoetida
• 1/2 – Red Chilli
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry, green chillies, ginger, cumin and set aside
- In the same pan, fry tomatoes and turmeric till mushy
- Once cool, pulse all the ingredients except sesame seed powder
- Then add sesame seed powder, pulse it again.
- Season with seasoning ingredients.
