Ingredients:
• Rice-1 cup
• Grated carrots-1 cup
• Sprouts-1 cup
• Spinach-1cup
• Coriander powder-half1/2 tsp
• Ginger Garlic paste-1tsp
• Green chilli-1big
• Chinese salt-1/2 tsp(optional)
• Salt-1/2 tsp
• Parsley-1/2 cup
• Oil – 3 tsp
Method:
- Cook rice and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chilli pieces, ginger-garlic paste.
- Add spinach and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat.
- Add all other vegetables, coriander powder and rice, mix it well.
- Add salt and parsley. Serve.
