
Ingredients:
• Rava – 1 cup
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Milk – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1/2 cup
• Ripe Banana – 2 cups
• Cashew nuts – 10
• Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Mash the banana with sugar in a bowl. Add the milk and whisk it well.
- Put the ghee and cashew nuts in a glass bowl and microwave for 3 to 4 mins.
- Add the rava, mix well and microwave for another 1 minute.
- Add the mashed banana mixture, cardamom, and cover.
- Microwave this for a minute. Take it out and stir it.
- Microwave again for 2 mins more.
- Serve
