
Ingredients:
• Rawa (semolina) – 1 cup
• finely chopped Bananas – 2 cups
• Milk – 2 cups
• ghee, melted – ¾ cup
• Cashew nuts – 2 tbsp
• Sugar – 1.5 cup
• water – ½ cup
• yellow food color – a little, optional
• Banana slices to garnish
Method:
- Roast cashew nuts in 2 Tbsp of ghee and reserve.
- Roast rawa with 2 Tbsp of ghee till light brown.
- Add sugar, milk, water and remaining ghee.
- Add banana pieces. Add color if using.
- Cook stirring till the mixture forms a thick lump.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with reserved cashew nuts and banana slices.
- Serve warm or cold.
