Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rawa (sooji)
• 1/2 cup – all purpose flour
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 – Egg
• 1/2 – ripe Banana (optional)
• 2 – Cardamom
• 1/4 tsp – cooking soda
• Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Beat egg till it is fluffy.
- Now add sugar, rawa, flour, soda, powdered cardamom and mix well.
- Mash the banana and add to the mix.
- The mix should be thick like vada mix, if it is so thick you can add very little water.
- Leave the mix to set for at least 20 minutes.
- Now heat the oil in frying pan and drop small balls of mix with a spoon.
- Fry till it turns golden brown and drain in a paper towel.
