Ingredients:

• ½ tsp. coffee essence
• 4 cups Milk
• ½ cup Pineapple juice
• ½ tsp Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp. chocolate Sugar strands to decorate

Method:

  1. Place the ingredients in an electric blender with some crushed ice and blend on maximum speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour into a cocktail glass and sprinkle chocolate sugar strands on top, just before serving.
