Ingredients:
• Apple – 1
• Sugar – 5 tbsps
• Lemon juice – 5 tbsps
• Cinnamon stick – 2 inch
• Cloves – 4
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt and black salt – to taste
• Pepper powder – a pinch
Method:
- Peel the apple and cut into small pieces.
- Boil water in a pan and add chopped apples, sugar, lemon juice, cloves and cinnamon.
- Boil till apple is cooked and mixture is just moist.
- Mix in red chilli powder, black pepper, black salt and salt and cook for 2 more minutes, till apple is mushy.
- Remove cinnamon sticks and cloves.
- Serve chutney with any stuffed paratha.
