Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 1 tbsp- mustard powder
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp- Butter
• 1 tsp- worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp- Garlic paste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients, and boil or microwave till thick.
- Makes 1.5 cup sauce.
- Refrigerate till used.
